I’ve been training people for over 20 years now, and honestly, I still get fired up every time I step into the gym. I keep it real—no gimmicks, no fluff—just smart training and hard work. Outside of fitness, I’m all about engines and speed. Cars, trucks, bikes—I love it all. I used to race motocross back in the day, and that adrenaline still sticks with me. Whether it’s lifting in the gym or riding on the road, I’m always chasing that next level.

I believe fitness should be empowering, not overwhelming. As a personal trainer, I’m here to guide, support, and challenge you without the pressure or perfectionism. I’m big on balance, consistency, and celebrating the small wins. Outside of the gym, I love being outdoors and spending time with the people I care about.

Hey, hey! I’m Jen, and I’ve been in the fitness world since 2014, starting out with CrossFit before diving into bodybuilding in 2023—and I haven’t looked back. I love how powerful the right training and nutrition plan can be in transforming both body and mind. When I’m not in the gym, I’m probably on the water—paddleboarding, camping, or just enjoying a lazy pool day. As a coach, I’m all about meeting you where you’re at and building a plan that fits you.
